Union Democracy Goes on Trial

In the case of Local 1021's recent reform election they received a congratulatory phone call from Führer Stern. With Local 888, SEIU backed off fighting a decert and helped the members change their representation to NEA. So why is it when UHW employees turned NUHW employees try to do their best to provide for the prisoners of Zombie UHW they are hauled into court?
