Judge upholds Doctors Medical Center election results; more to come?

As you may recall from last year (long before my blog came about) the good folks at Doctors Medical Center voted 158 to 24 to get out of SEIU. Of course they complained and filed charges with the NLRB, but really it was all stalling. A stalling tactic that has finally been put to rest. Perhaps this is the first in a long line of defeats for the Zombies.

  1. This is a great victory for NUHW. The Zombies have been handed another stunning defeat. And you may remember that SEIU opened the floodgates for management to require healthcare workers to buy their own health benefits. This and other takeaways negotiated by SEIU in a backroom deal has placed current healthcare workers at a serious disadvantage. As a matter of fact, SEIU bragged about these takeaways as if they were a good thing for workers.

SEIU is not wanted in California's healthcare system so they should just go away.

NUHW RISING! UNITE HERE RISING! SEIU DIMINISHING!
