Here's what he did:
SEIU rep Alex Espinoza committed perjury-a federal crime punishable with jail time-by lying about his actions in the days before trusteeship. He denied ever contacting anyone with SEIU International, and claimed not to know who Amado David worked for. But NUHW's attorney showed an email Espinoza sent to SEIU International official Amado David just days before the trusteeship that proved Espinoza was secretly spying for SEIU while on UHW's payroll. In lying to the jury, Espinoza damaged SEIU's credibility and put himself at risk of prosecution.

Uhh, dude. Alex is Latino, not White. That doesn't change the fact that he's a professional ass kisser and a worthless rep, but we should try to be accurate about these things.
ReplyDeleteLying Zombie Espinoza may get a chance to rap before thousands of cons soon. This homophobic scab obviously does not think that perjury is a big thing, but he may find out that it really is a big thing when he's reflecting about his insidious lies, possibly from behind bars.
ReplyDeleteSEIU-UHW's frivolous law suit is crumbling all around them. Actually, I'm beginning to think that UHW knew all along that there was a good chance that their allegations would be refuted by Judge Alsup. The law suit was really only a smoke screen to create doubt about Sal Rosselli and the other dedicated volunteers being sued by the Zombies. This strategy was meant to gain an advantage when tens of thousands of members finally get a chance to vote for the union of their choice.
NUHW looks forward to the upcoming elections. Union democracy is at stake and the vast majority of members understand this point all too well.
