Member alienation beyond UHW is alive and well
Where will the Zombie madness stop? It's certainly not contained to just UHW; now the Local 1021 folks in Marin county have said enough is enough. They have the file in the cake and they are busting their way out of Zombieland. Knock 'em dead L1021 members

The scab SEIU people seem to be using the same set of lies they're using against NUHW and other unions that want a member-led and democratic union to represent them. Everywhere you look one can see former SEIU supporters jumping ship because SEIU does not have the field reps required to represent its own members. Where are our union dues going? They might as well be lining Stern's pockets (they probably are) because we're certainly not receiving the represention we all deserve.
