The amazing shrinking case against NUHW

First it was a $25 million claim for damages, then $4.18 million now a piddly $225,000?! When will the Zombies throw in the towel and slink back to Washington, DC?

Also, the best estimate for the SEIU legal bill is $10 million dollars. And that's for 2 weeks worth of work, sound familiar?

  1. The very unhappy and desperate SEIU-UHW scabs are reeling against the ropes. They're dazed, but yet they remain dangerous.

What the UHW scabs understand is that they're losing support all across the great state of California.

And it appears that the only thing the Zombies can possibly gain from their phony law suit is to continue to create fear and doubt about NUHW -- the union that the majority of healthcare and homecare workers support.

NUHW RISING! UNITE HERE RISING! SEIU DIMINISHING!
