More drivel from Debra Miller

I don't think anyone really cares or believes in what Memorial VP of Worker Obfuscation (previously known as Human Resources) has to say about the letter to the editor published Wednesday, but here it is in case you're stuck at work with nothing better to do. Notice the lack of any attack on SEIU. Hmmm I wonder why that is?

  1. Debra Miller is a pitiful and disgusting liar. She knows perfectly well that Memorial administration is anti-union and anti-worker through and through. For all anyone knows, Ms. Miller could have been lobbied by Dave Regan. In any case, most of the community are aware of how Memorial treats its workers--like peons.

  2. And one has to consider her stake in the matter, the pressure from her boss and the fact that any worker victory is a blow to their high and mighty way of life.

  3. It bears noting that this was the fourth letter to the editor on this subject - and the only one supporting management's subversion of democracy. Also worth noting is the fact that Memorial had to get one of their top executives to write the letter, not even one of the Bridge People felt it was worth the effort to defend this mess Memorial management has created.

Time for Memorial's bosses to take a trip to reality land and recognize the union their employees voted for!
